This Privacy Policy applies to the Olgalex Coaching website and app, and to SCOB Ice for iPhone and iPad. It describes how we collect, use, store, and share information. Olgalex provides coaching, session tracking, invoicing, announcements, and account features. SCOB Ice provides ice schedules and exhibition information without requiring an account. Account, invoicing, cloud-sync, and SMS features described below apply to Olgalex, not SCOB Ice.

1. Information We Collect

For Olgalex, we collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, and other profile information
• Authentication and account information provided through our login provider
• Session, schedule, invoice, announcement, and account-preference data
• Communication and notification preferences
• Technical information reasonably necessary to operate the service, such as device, browser, and app usage information

SCOB Ice information

• App verification: SCOB Ice uses Apple's App Attest service to verify genuine app installations and protect schedule access from abuse. Our server stores an installation's verification key identifier, public key, Apple attestation receipt, app identifier, verification environment, registration timestamp, request counter, and revocation status. These records are not linked to an Olgalex account. The private verification key is managed on the device and is not sent to our server.
• Requests and security: our infrastructure processes IP addresses, requested URLs (including schedule dates and filters), request times, and technical request/error information to deliver content and diagnose or prevent abuse. Rate limiting stores hashed IP addresses and hashed verification key identifiers in short-lived counters. Hashing does not mean this data is anonymous. Cloudflare hosts our services and processes network and operational logs.
• Support: if you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your device model and a description of the issue.

SCOB Ice does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to browse schedules. It does not include advertising or use its verification identifiers for advertising or cross-app tracking.

2. How the Apps Store Data

The Olgalex iPhone app supports different storage modes for some features, including session-related data and coach-rate preferences.

• On This iPhone Only: certain supported records stay on your device and are not uploaded unless you later choose to sync them
• Sync to Cloud: supported records are stored on your device and also synced to our backend services
• Cloud Only: supported records are stored in our backend services without persistent local storage for those records

Some account and operational data, such as authentication, profile details, announcements, and your coach and student catalogs needed by the service, may still be processed through our backend even when you choose local-only storage for supported content types.

SCOB Ice stores its verification key identifier and display preferences on your device. Its verification records are stored on our backend. It does not offer the Olgalex storage modes described above.

3. How We Use Your Information

For both apps, we use information to deliver the requested service, provide support, troubleshoot errors, and protect against abuse and unauthorized access. For Olgalex, we also use information to:

• Provide and maintain our coaching services
• Send schedule updates and session reminders
• Process payments and manage invoices
• Communicate important team announcements
• Improve our services and user experience

4. SMS/Text Message Communications

As part of Olgalex, we may send SMS/text messages for:

• Session reminders and schedule updates
• Team announcements and urgent notifications
• Account-related alerts

Message frequency: Varies based on your schedule and team activities. Typically 0-5 messages per week.

Opt-out: You can opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our platform, including authentication, hosting, messaging, and infrastructure providers
• For Olgalex, coaches and team administrators for scheduling purposes
• When required by law or to protect our rights

SCOB Ice uses Apple for app verification and Cloudflare for hosting, database storage, network delivery, and security. Support messages are processed through our email provider. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.

SCOB Ice opens external websites for session details, exhibition registration, and waitlists, including club and Formsite pages. Information you submit on those websites is handled by their operators under their own privacy policies; SCOB Ice does not collect those registration-form responses through the app. Review the destination site's policy before submitting information.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some in-app data may also be deleted by user-configured retention settings or manual cleanup tools. If you would like your account or cloud-stored data deleted, please contact us using the information below.

SCOB Ice verification registrations currently have no automatic expiration; they remain stored until removed by an administrator to support ongoing verification and abuse prevention. Temporary verification challenges and rate-limit counters expire after two minutes and expired records are removed when subsequent valid challenge requests trigger cleanup. Consumed challenges are removed immediately. Operational logs are retained according to the hosting provider's configured retention settings.

Deleting SCOB Ice does not automatically delete server-side verification records or operational logs. To request access to or deletion of information associated with your use of SCOB Ice, email us. Because the app has no account, we may need additional information to locate and verify the relevant records; we will explain what is needed. Some information may need to be retained for security or legal reasons. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request and related follow-up.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
